The Canadian Academy for Health Professionals is pleased to partner with Tutor IMG to offer the Mock National Assessment Collaboration Examination (NAC OSCE). The NAC Examination is a one-day exam that assesses your readiness to enter Canadian Residency Program. It is a national, standardized examination that tests the knowledge, skills, and attitudes essential for entrance into postgraduate training in Canada. The NAC exam has a series of stations where the candidate are presented with typical case scenarios and standardized practices. An examiner marks the performance during 11 minutes per station. The candidate is expected to demonstrate clinical skills in keeping with the standards of care offered here in Canada.
Introduction | The one-day NAC OSCE Mock has series of 10 stations. Each station is 11 minutes long with two minutes between stations. It will be very close simulation of real exam. You will be interacting with standardize patients. A physician examiner will be observing the patient encounter. You will be graded both by physician examiner and standardize patient. |
Method | Online sessions are delivered via Webex® supplemented by recorded sessions on Powerpoint with audios and videos. All program is also available as recorded package as well. |
